  • Time - or the lack of it. People are too busy dealing with the urgent to think about the important - and they might be heading for a regulatory or technical slip-up as a result.
  • Accessibility - it doesn't matter how useful your content is, or how important the message, if it isn’t in a format that your audience can use at the time they have available, then to be frank, it has no use at all.
