How will I know if I am accepted?

You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of your acceptance into the scheme providing places are available.

When can I use the system?

You will have access to the system within 24 hours of being accepted.

Do you train on site?

Unfortunately, we cannot train onsite under this scheme.  Training will be provided over the telephone.  If you require on site training please indicate this in the comments section of the form.  There is a fee of £47 for an onsite training session though you are free to invite any number of staff.

How do I pay?

Once you are accepted you will receive an invoice for £97 plus any text message credits requested at the time of application.  Invoices are due within 14 days.

What happens after 31 March?

You have the choice to renew or you can leave the service with no obligation.

How much does renewal cost?

We are currently looking to fund reduced prices post 31 March though can make no guarantee at this stage.  The absolute highest price you will pay is the published prices on this website, though these are substantially cheaper than other providers.
